the staff gave helpful restaurant recommendations. they assisted with luggage storage and i appreciated that the reception operates 24/7. the bathtub was a very generous size. the beds in the stylish room felt very comfortable to me.
i did find that the building vibrates with each passing train. the wooden floors added to noise from other rooms. the hotel rooms were not fully soundproofed to my satisfaction. i could hear a lot of noise from outside.

the room provided two separate sinks and a rainfall shower head. a mini-fridge was available to store personal items. the king-size bed allowed for restful sleep and the room included a large tv.

I found a few issues . The television remote DIDN'T work, so I could not use the TV. the in-room safe was locked upon arrival. Hotel staff had to reset it. The noise from nearby streets was quite noticeable at night, disrupting sleep. The breakfast selection was rather limited. This also affected my experience.

the room lack proper cleanliness. i found dust in several areas. the room cleaner seem to only arrange the bed but not thoroughly clean. furthermore, the alarm system activated unexpectedly. this woke my wife and i with a false impression of a building fire.

i appreciated the kind staff, they were always ready to help. the room was a superior double room and larger than i thought. it was very clean and cute with great access to eurostar and transport.
